GBHS AdministrationMessage from the PrincipalWe are very close to the end of this school year. Seniors: 9 days of school left in May! Everyone else: 17 and ½ days of school left in May. Teachers: 18 and ½ days left. Yes, EVERYONE is counting the days! These final days of the school year will be loaded with so many activities that it could seem like 9 weeks instead of 9 days. Some things to anticipate and plan on seeing over the next 3 weeks include Graduation, Variety show, Softball, Soccer, Track, Tennis, Golf, Baseball, Speech and Journalism competitions. Our students, in spite of senioritis, are loaded up and ready to tackle many activities in a very short time and to finish this year as successfully as they started it. I am proud of our students and staff at GBHS. We have had a great year and it has been great, in part, because of your cooperation and support. Thank you for being involved in your son/daughter’s education at GBHS and making it as good as it is. The class of ’10 has left a positive, lasting impression at GBHS. Thank you, Seniors. Sincerely, Tim Friess |
