DECA is a club comprised of students enrolled in Marketing Education courses. It enhances the co-curricular education of students enrolled in Marketing I and II, Introduction to Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. DECA assists students in developing skills and competence for marketing careers, building self-esteem, and experiencing leadership and community service opportunities. DECA is committed to the development and growth of business and education partnerships and utilizes local businesses in many of its activities. Through DECA, students become eligible to travel and attend regional leadership conferences. They will also participate in career development conferences at the regional, state, and international levels.
