Principal's Welcome Letter
Welcome to Eisenhower Elementary, Home of the Eagles! My name is Tricia Reiser and it is with great pride that I write this letter as principal of Eisenhower Elementary. I consider it a privilege to be a part of such a hardworking, knowledgeable, and supportive school community. Together we strive to provide a positive and safe learning environment for all students. As a parent, I send my children to school with the expectation that they will be treated with respect in a safe and learning environment. As an educator, I will make every effort to ensure that every child is treated with respect and is in a safe school. I make decisions that are based on the best interests of students. I believe that it is important that families and staff members work collaboratively to help students succeed. Without a doubt, the most successful students have family members who communicate regularly with the school. Together we can make a difference in the lives of students at Eisenhower Elementary. I invite you to visit us at anytime to witness for yourself the great things happening at our school. Eisenhower students have earned the Building Level Standard of Excellence in both Reading and Math. Eisenhower has also been awarded a Challenge Award by the Confidence in Kansas Public Education Task Force for closing the achievement gap in Math. Our school prides itself on these successes and continues to move forward. Please feel free to browse through our website and if you have any questions, please contact the office.
